Taken on the morning of 30 November ... hours before strong hurricane force Santa Ana winds ripped through L.A. The San Gabriel Valley was hit hardest. Pasadena declared a State of Emergency. Thousands of uprooted and fallen trees damaged roads and homes and power outages resulted (and remain) from fallen power lines.
